Refund policy

We want your dog to love the KROCHE fountain. If it isn't right for you, here is how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return the fountain within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email kroche.customercare@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Please send it back with all its parts (bowl, top tray, pump, spout, filter and cable), ideally in the original box.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the fountain arrived damaged or faulty.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, faulty or missing parts

If your fountain arrives damaged, a part is missing, or the pump stops working within 30 days of delivery, email kroche.customercare@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement part, a new fountain, or a full refund, and you won't pay for any return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we'll email you and refund the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Replacement filters

Filters are a consumable part and can't be returned once used.
