Every pattern sold here is a digital file, and you can ask for your money back on it within 14 days of purchase. Email {{ email }} with the pattern name and the email address you bought it with. You do not have to give a reason.

After 14 days the sale is final.

A refund ends your right to use the pattern. Please delete the file and any printouts you have made from it.

If the file itself is faulty

This is separate from the 14 days and is not limited by it. If a file will not open, is missing a page, or contains a stitch count that does not add up, that is a fault in the product. Email {{ email }} with the pattern name and what you found, and a corrected file will be sent to you at no charge, whenever you find it.

If your download does not arrive

The download link is emailed as soon as payment clears. If it has not appeared within a few minutes, check the spam folder first, then email {{ email }} and the file will be sent to you directly. A download that never arrived is not a refund matter — it will simply be sent again.

What the product page tells you before you pay

The point of the 14 days is that you should rarely need it. Each product page is written so that you can decide without opening the file:

The skill level, and the exact stitches the pattern assumes you already know.
The starting hook, the gauge the figures were calculated at, and the calculated finished size and time to make.
How many numbered rounds or rows there are, each one ending in the stitch count you should have.
A real page from the pattern itself, and every page in the file, shown as pictures.
What the file does not tell you: yarn amount is left blank on purpose, because yardage cannot be worked out from a stitch count — it has to be weighed off a finished piece.

If anything there is unclear, ask before you buy rather than after. Write to {{ email }} and you will get a straight answer.

What you may do with a pattern you have bought

Make the object as many times as you like, for yourself or as gifts.
Sell the finished items you make from it. No credit is required, though it is always welcome.
Print it as often as you need for your own use.
