When your order ships

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your fountain is on its way. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose and where you live, and is shown at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your order arrives damaged, email kroche.customercare@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Terms of service

Who you are buying from

Kroche is a small business based in New York, United States, selling the KROCHE stainless steel dog water fountain at kroche.co. "We" and "us" mean Kroche. "You" means the person buying or using the site.

You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and the payment method you use has to be yours to use.

Products

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on different screens. Product images on the site include photos and computer-generated renders of the fountain, and some videos are dramatized and performed by actors; these are labelled where they appear.

Using the fountain

Follow the instructions that come with the fountain. Keep the water topped up so the pump never runs dry, rinse the bowl and tray regularly, and change the filter as recommended. Keep the cable out of reach of dogs that chew. The fountain is a drinking-water product for pets. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Every dog is different, and some take a little time to get used to moving water.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page. Prices can change at any time, but never for an order already placed. Shipping costs and any tax that applies are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.

No subscription

Buying the fountain is a one-time purchase. Nothing auto-ships and nothing renews.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or we have good reason to think a purchase is fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping is covered in our shipping policy and returns in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using the site

Do not try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, or use it for anything unlawful. The site may link to other websites that we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Our content

The text, photos, videos, 3D models and designs on this site belong to Kroche and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Where we are liable to you, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Disagreements

Email us first. Most things are a misunderstanding and get sorted quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you bought.
